Our company has many years of experience in designing and manufacturing heavy-duty hammer crusher, this series of crusher is suitable for brittle materials with compressive strength not more than 150Mpa, such as limestone, bluestone, coal gangue, shale, gravel, gneiss, etc.
Easy maintenance, no grate design, low powder yield, production of non-stuck machine in rainy day, solid shell without deformation, rotor with wear-resistant retainer, extend service life. In the crushing of brittle materials such as limestone, it can directly replace the traditional process of "jaw crushing + impact crushing" to achieve the true sense of "two-in-one" crushing, and the production and maintenance costs are greatly reduced.

This series of hammer crusher has PCZ heavy hammer crusher and XPCQ light reshaper.

Features

1. Large feed particle size, small discharge particle size, change three crushing to one crushing, the yield can reach 80%, and the cost can be reduced by 35%.

2. The grain shape of the product is round, polyhedral, uniform particle size, less powder yield.

3. Wear-resistant parts using bimetal high chromium alloy wear-resistant hammer, hammer handle impact resistant, hammer durable, long service life.

4. Optimize the structure of the counter plate in the third counter area, design a diversion channel, reduce the over-crushing rate, improve the production capacity at the same time, reduce the powder yield.

5. Optimize the adjustment mechanism of the bottom counter frame, the adjustment gap of the discharge port is divided into mechanical debugging and hydraulic cylinder adjustment, which can be selected according to user needs.

6. Snail shell design for body, the shell is firm without deformation.
