NE bucket elevator is a vertical conveying equipment developed by our company with similar technology from abroad, which has been widely used to lift various bulk materials, such as ore, sand, coal, cement, cement clinker, grain, fertilizer, etc.
In various industrial countries, this type of elevator is widely used to replace the HL and TH type of ring chain elevator choice.
1. Wide lifting range: It can not only lift powder, granular and block materials, but also lift grinding materials. Material temperature ≤250℃.
2. Large conveying capacity: this series of lifting machines have more than NE15-NE800 specifications, lifting range of 10-800m3/h.
3. Small driving power: the machine uses inflow feeding, gravity discharge, the use of intensive layout of large capacity hopper conveying, lifting process almost no material phenomenon.
4. Long service life: the conveyor chain adopts wear-resistant chain, the main shaft adopts alloy forging material, and the chain bucket adopts wear-resistant treatment process.
5. Stable operation: The series of elevator chain speed is medium, stable operation, lifting height up to 50 meters.
