ZSW eccentric-shafts vibrating feeder is also known as rod vibration feeder, this series of products are configured in the front section of primary crushing equipment, vibration feeder is used in the production process to send block and granular materials from the storage bin evenly, regularly and continuously into the next production equipment, is an indispensable equipment in the complete production line.

It has the characteristics of strong structure, impact resistance and wear resistance. It is widely used in crushing and screening equipment in metallurgy, coal mine, mineral processing, building materials, chemical industry, abrasives and other industries.

The vibrating feeder is divided into three types according to the structure form: (rod + blind plate) vibrating feeder, bar vibrating feeder and double screening vibrating feeder.

Features

1. Heavy duty design, large feeding capacity, stable vibration.

2. The bar structure is designed with dendritic grate, which can prevent material blockage and adjustable grate clearance.

3. Adopts thin oil lubrication, eccentric block exciter of vibration chamber, powerful power.

4. Adopts energy-saving motor, optional frequency conversion controller to achieve accurate adjustment.

5. Installation Angle adjustable from 0 to 15°, side plate bent from the whole plate to prevent tear.

6. Side panel equipped with a wear-resistant plate insde, durable.

7.Coarse and fine material pre-screening, improve the production efficiency of the entire production line, reduce crusher wear.
